- 90 g (1 1/2 cups) of Carrot Tops, chopped 53.57%
- 30 g (2 tablespoons) of Sherry Vinegar 17.86%
- 12 g (4) Garlic Cloves (trimmings) 7.14%
- 2.80 g (1 teaspoon) of Ground Black Pepper 1.67%
- 2.40 g (1/2 teaspoon) of Kosher Salt 1.43%
- .80 g (1/2 teaspoon) of Crushed Red Pepper Flakes .48%
Directions
1. In WFP16S Food Processor batch bowl, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
