Overripe Avocado-Chocolate Puddin’
What do you do when your avocados are looking a little sad? Spread some love by turning them into a decadent and smooth chocolate pudding.
Ingredients
- 756 g (5) Avocados (overripe) 100%
- 227 g (8 oz.) of Dark Chocolate 30.03%
- 84 g (1/4 cup) of Agave Syrup 11.11%
- 53 g (1/2 cup) of Milk, or milk alternative (excess) 7.01%
- 8.50 g (1 1/2 teaspoons) of Vanilla Extract 1.12%
Directions
- Melt dark chocolate in WCM3 Chocolate Melter.
- In WFP16SCD Food Processor with batch bowl, purée remaining ingredients and melted chocolate until smooth.
- Chill for 20–30 minutes.
